And what exactly that supposed to mean?    Of course she knew about the advertising campaign even before she was 'volunteered to visit' (Colonel and his euphemisms) Port Hope's Point AFB, but - for the love of tarmac - Ginny had no idea how can she be of any help for an artist.    Certainly it wasn't something the locals couldn't handle by themselves. There were many much more seasoned and competent men and women than her - a freshly promoted Captain. Yet they requested her and no one else. Odd.    But the whole thing had a brighter side too
